Snowball

I went to my first Snowball dance the other day.

It was a great night, and what a better way than to spend it with Felicia?

It took me about 3 weeks to find a turquoise tie to match her dress, and then I had to find brown shirt and pants to actually match her. I guess I didn't have to, but in the pictures our colors would have clashed. It was kinda cool how a lot of people complimented on how we matched, especially when you're not friends with half of them!
Before the dance, I hung out with Felicia for about an hour or 2. I got to watch her straighten her hair, lots of fun. Then we took some pictures over at Ashley's house, while watching Hannah Montana. When the time to finally leave came, I remembered I forgot my ticket at home... good thing they had my name down on the list.
Being there was great. I got to spend time with some of my friends while Felicia and Ashley were washing up, or something of that manner. They had a nice sized fountain, great for taking pictures of.
I must say some of the people dancing were pretty rude, throwing each other into people. When we were trying to slow dance for Christs sake. I'm the last person you'll catch dancing, but by god I tried my best. I wasn't "terrible" as said by a few people. I got my picture taken, professionally that is, with my love. I'm hoping it came out good, because it'll be hanging in my house and hers.
When the time came for me to leave, I got sad, because I still wanted to be there with Felicia... I'm, "getting to attached to her," as my mom says. It's to hard for me to not miss her, you know?
Well anyways I had a great time! See you all at the next dance!

People are always going to get on to you about your feelings, but I think you are a different kind of guy. I think you really do have the ability to love someone so freely and so completely, giving up yourself to that love—it's an amazing feeling!

But, dude, don't neglect yourself. There is only one person you will be with for the rest of your life, and that's you. Love with passion, but love with care.

Glad you had a great time at your dance—it sounds like a blast! Next dance, just try getting into a group of people and doing the goofiest dance moves you can think of. You'll be surprised how quickly you can get them to catch on!

Confidence + 80s dance moves = Epic lulz
