Koo-Koo-Crazy

So, I just got back from Ozzfest '07. Jacob Henry, Evan Jones, David Smith, My Mom, and Myself all went, and here's what happened.
*I'd like to dedicate this post to my mom Anne Grismore*

First off, I'd like to say that none of this was possible without my wonderful mother, whom I love so much! Thank you for taking me and for hanging in there all day. Words can't explain how grateful I am to you.

The day starts off at 8 o'clock in the morning, waking up to go. Jake and I pack up the car and hit the road to pick up David and Evan. Almost there at 11:45 A.M. we hold up signs in the car asking if people were going to, we were lucky finding a group of men that showed us how to get to the Venue. As we arrive we can't take in our $40 worth of food and drinks. The time comes, we enter the Verizon Wireless Music Center.

First off we get as much free stuff as we could some of this included: Jägermeister shirts and wristbands, Zune wristbands, free music downloads, 3 Inches Of Bloods autographs, and other useless crap.

Then we started getting into the music, starting with Devil Driver. We moshed to them and another band called HateBreed. Of course the sound guy asked to see ladies "baring all" and a memorable quote fro him was "WOO! I don't think I was supposed to see those, those looked like they were on a 9th grader!" After HateBreed, we went over to the main stage to see all the bigger bands. First up was a group called Black Tide, who just dropped their first album, and appeared to be no older than 20. Then came Lordi, a band like Gwar, but in a different style of music. They didn't play all their best songs, but did do well. Especially when they shot those fireworks out of a cannon!

Everyone got tired after Lordi, so we decided to go home early. Plus school starts tomorrow, so thats making it worse. See everyone in a few months at Nintendo Fusion Tour!
